Coursera, Udemy, and Indian platforms offer world-class content for ₹500. Most professionals don't use it well.
A working Indian professional has access to world-class content for under ₹500/month — Coursera, Udemy, Pluralsight, Maven, and dozens more. Yet most of these subscriptions go underused. The pattern is consistent: signup driven by FOMO, no curriculum, no completion, no application of the learning. The rationally selfish move is to pick one course aligned with a current career goal, block 5 hours/week for 8 weeks, and complete it with a portfolio output. One such cycle every quarter compounds into a serious credential portfolio over 2 years. The platforms are not the problem — the lack of structure around using them is.
