Day 1: Bengaluru to Mumbai (1000km). Day 2: Mumbai to Indore (600km). Day 3: Indore to Delhi (800km). Long days but manageable.

Delhi to Manali to Leh
Day 4: Delhi to Manali (550km, day). Day 5-6: Rest in Manali. Day 7-8: Manali to Leh via Sarchu, 2 days for altitude.

Return via Srinagar route for variety (Leh → Kargil → Srinagar → Delhi). Build in 1 buffer day for weather or vehicle issues.
