Set aperture to f/8, ISO 200. Vary only shutter speed from 1/30 to 1/2000. Shoot 50 photos. Notice the freeze vs blur.

Day 2 — Aperture only
Day 2
Lock shutter at 1/125, ISO 200. Vary only aperture from f/2.8 to f/16. Same subject. Notice depth of field changes.

Day 3 — ISO + noise
Day 3
Same scene at ISO 100, 400, 1600, 6400. Compare noise at 100% zoom. Learn your camera's usable ISO ceiling.

Day 4-6 — Combine all three
Days 4-6
Real scenes: indoor portrait, outdoor landscape, low-light street. Make decisions about each setting independently.

Day 7 — Shoot 100 photos manual only
Day 7
One day of full manual everywhere. Don't switch back to auto until you finish. By day's end, settings are instinctive.
