About the Role
About the Role: > We are looking for a sharp Equity Research Associate to join our Bengaluru-based investment team. You will work directly with the Portfolio Manager to analyze Indian equities, focusing on fundamental research and the PM-V19 scoring framework. This is a high-impact role involving deep-dive sectoral analysis and institutional-grade financial modeling.
Responsibilities
Conduct bottom-up fundamental research on mid-cap and large-cap Indian stocks.
Monitor quarterly earnings, management calls, and annual reports.
Maintain and update financial models with a focus on ROCE, ROE, and cash flow growth.
Assist in tracking FII/DII data and technical indicators for the exit radar.

Requirements
Strong understanding of 3-statement financial modeling.
Prior experience in Indian equity markets (1–3 years preferred).

CFA Level 1 or 2 candidate preferred.
